Free Shipping Across the UK
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, and all prices include applicable taxes.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. This means we’ve received your order and have pre-authorised your payment method. We then check our stock to ensure your items are available for immediate shipment. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we’ll notify you by email and cancel the pre-authorisation. If your order is ready to ship (within 2 business days), we’ll process your payment and begin preparing your order.
Order Shipment
For in-stock items, once we process your payment, your order will be shipped within two business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within this time frame, please contact us at support@scootgeek.com
Damaged Items
We take great care in packing your order, but if you notice any damage upon delivery, please make a note of it or refuse the delivery. If you accept the delivery and find any damage, immediately take photos of the packaging and the items inside. Send these photos to support@scootgeek.com and visit our Returns page to submit your return claim online.
